Important Notes:

Drayage (Material Handling):
Basic handling from truck to booth space is included when permitted. At venues with special restrictions, distances, or handling protocols, additional fees may apply. These will be reviewed in advance and are the client’s responsibility.

Booth Cleaning: 
The booth is delivered clean. However, venue-mandated cleaning during the event is not included and must be arranged separately if required.

Electrical Services:
Power supply, cabling extensions, and electrical connections are not included. We will coordinate access with the venue’s electrical team, but all related costs remain the responsibility of the client.
